I *love* this birth announcement. Look at those three beautiful children! Andrea chose to have half of these printed on a classic linen stock and half with a stunning pearl finish. They were awesome! (I don't know what's up with the color on Blogger lately...their skin looks so blue...sorry!)

From Chicago to Alpine - Beautiful Family of 6...

I was really excited to photograph this beautiful family visiting from Chicago. My own children are so-very-not-shy, so it was fun to try to work a little magic as I got them to warm up to me one on one. Here are some of my favorites...aren't they lovely?











I really do love this one...check out those eyes!

Sadie, Sadie, Little Lady...

Here's my Sadie girl. We have a beautiful view out the back of our house and on Sunday after church I just had to grab Sadie, who couldn't nap more than 20 minutes, nor stay in her room while everyone else was sleeping, and take her out to the "wheat" (read: wildflowers; read: weeds) blowing in the wind.

Seriously...

...are they cute, or are they CUTE! I am so blessed to be able to work with such great families and such *beautiful* children. Rowan and Lia were no exception...in fact, they were especially darling and easy to work with. Even with a little visit from the paramedics, Rowan was such a sport. Definitely the first time a session has ever been cut short and ended this way, and let's pray it's the last. Thanks Maren!

For Vanessa...

I owe you for taking so long! Sweet little Scarlett isn't *quite* so tiny anymore, but we wanted to get these up for all her family and friends to see what a beauty she is. And look at that proud big brother!

New Baby Makes Three!

I love this family! Just the cutest, nicest kids...so darling. And now comes along baby Garrett...so very adored by his big brother and sister. Take a look at his beautiful lips - I'll bet you can't guess where those came from. :) Thanks Kari!

GQ vs. Camera Shy

Well, I don't know about camera "shy", but Asha was not a big fan of the camera. You wouldn't know it though, would you? She and her big brother Maxwell are about as cute as they come. And speaking of cute...you should have seen him striking his poses...such a natural in front of the camera. It was a riot! They may also be the smartest kids *ever*, which made it even more fun!
